Real Madrid have already won the first 'Clasico' of the season, as Karim Benzema faced off against Xavi Hernandez in an online game of FIFA 10 on the Playstation 3, with webcams set up to see each other play. Benzema’s Madrid ran out 3-0 winners with a hat trick from Cristiano Ronaldo in the second half. Is there any chance of that scoreline coming true on Sunday? Benzema sure hopes so.

Bless him, it’s not Wayne’s fault he’s the least natural presenter of all time. Konami have brought PES to the iPhone with the release of iPES on the App Store. Don’t get too excited, it’s not a game, but an app that keeps users up to date with PES news, the PES Blog and the PES league, as well as letting users play quizzes, watch ‘What Happens Next?’ videos and ‘Goal of the Month’ replays – all of which are pretty lame this month, incidentally.

In a new twist in the placenta saga, The Sun are reporting that the ‘mysterious horse doctor ‘ that treated Robin Van Persie as well as a host of other Premiership footballers, is on the run from Serbian authorities.
Apparently, Marijana Kovacevic, a doctor who massages injuries with horse placenta, does not have the correct licences, is refusing to co-operate with the police and health inspectors, and is also being investigated by tax officers because her company is not officially registered. Maybe hold off on booking that placenta massage for a bit.

In a week where everybody had something to say about Henry's blatant cheating, Pat's interview with L'Equipe gave us our favourite post-handball quote, narrowly beating out efforts from Roy Keane and Eric Cantona. Suggesting that France should build a statue of Henry wasn't bad either. Watch out for O'Shea in training Pat.
No one does tough love like Roy, but this press conference takes it to a whole new level. We could be imagining it, but it's almost as if he bears some kind of grudge against the FIA...

PES 2010 will finally be updated on Tuesday 24th November with DLC that "enhances a number of elements in the full game and also revises the club team rosters in line with those of all current transfers, all major transfers made after the game was completed will be rectified".
